WJS NC 3000 T waterjet cutting machine

WJS NC 3000 T waterjet cutting machine was built in 2002 in Sweden by Water Jet Sweden AB. The high-pressure pump working with the machine has been regularly serviced using only the manufacturer’s original parts.

The WJS NC 3000 T is designed for the precision 2D cutting of workpieces made from metal and non-metallic materials, such as ceramics, glass and acrylic. Cutting is performed using pure water or water with an addition of abrasive. The machine is equipped with four cutting heads. The third and fourth heads are mounted on a common Z-axis, with a spacing of 80 mm. This solution allows simultaneous cutting with three heads, which increases cutting efficiency and reduces production time.

The WaterJet NC 3000 T is operated using an intuitive NUM 1040 CNC controller. The equipment also includes, among others, an abrasive tank with a feeder and a 100 HP high-pressure pump. All this makes the WJS waterjet cutting machine an excellent choice for the precise cutting of a wide range of materials in both unit and series production.
