XG-25B industrial furnace is designed to heat a charge placed in an induction coil by means of high-frequency current. In this process, the AC current flowing through the primary coil generates an alternating magnetic field around the charge. This field in turn induces electromagnetic forces in the secondary circuit, resulting in the heating of the charge. This solution makes the XG-25B2 induction furnace much more efficient and economical than other furnaces available on the market. The main power and control components are IGBT and MOSFET components, which enable the unit to operate strictly within the required technical parameters. The offer also includes a water tank, water pump, table and foot switch controller. The electric induction furnace weighs just 26 kg.
