YASKAWA MOTOMAN AR 2010 robotic welding station was built in 2022 in Japan by Yaskawa Electric Corporation. The system is used for precision arc welding of workpieces with even the most complex geometries. All the components of the station are integrated inside an enclosed structure.
The robotic welding cell is fully complete and consists of the following components:
– robot arm: YASKAWA MOTOMAN AR2010
– controller: MOTOMAN YRC1000
– welding positioner: YASKAWA H-2000D (2 pcs.)
– welder: LORCH
– light curtains: PANASONIC
– torch cleaning station: BRG-2000 D
– control panel
The machining process is performed by a YASKAWA 6-axis robot, which is distinguished by, among others, its clever design and robust arm with an increased range of movement. Its compact, slightly curved design enables efficient working in a small amount of space without the risk of collision with the workpiece. All cables are routed inside the arm to avoid cables from rubbing through. The AR2010 welding robot also stands out for its simplicity of programming and high freedom of movement, making it extremely operator-friendly. All machining parameters are programmed in the state-of-the-art controller, which offers intuitive operation and access to advanced functions.
