YC2500HR large format printer

YC2500HR large format printer was built in 2019 in China. The prints are made with UV inks and then cured by an LED UV curing system. Eight 6th generation Ricoh print heads with CMYK +2x WHITE + 2x VARNISH configuration ensure the highest quality printing on objects such as ceramics, glass, PVC boards, wooden boards, corrugated cardboard or plastic. The machine prints at a speed of 30 m2/hour on objects with a maximum width of 2500 mm.

Print resolution can be 300*900 dpi, 600*600 dpi, 600*900 dpi or 600*1200 dpi, and the machine allows also to save them in TIFF, JPEG, Postscript, EPS and PDF formats. The large format printer is equipped with: RIP software ONYX Software, PANASONIC servo motor and TAIWAN HIWIN linear motor.
