ZAMECH PPH 160 press brake built in Poland in 1993 is designed for bending sheet metal with a length of 4000 mm and a thickness of 8 mm or with a thickness between 3 and 5 mm and a maximum length of 2400 mm. After the application of special tools to the bended profile, operating with a force of 160 tonnes machine allows also the bending of workpieces with a thickness of less than 3 mm (with significantly unused pressure force) and with a thickness of more than 8 mm (with a further reduction of the bending length).
Machining is performed on a large working table with dimensions (L x W x H) of 4000 x 140 x 800 mm with workpiece supports mounted at the front for free movement of the bent workpieces along the entire length of the press. The press brake is equipped with a slider with a maximum stroke of 200 mm and a foot pedal connected via an electric cable to the control cabinet, significantly simplifying the operator’s work. The hydraulic press brake weighs 13700 kg.
