ZAP BP 2000 Die sinking edm machine

ZAP BP 2000 Die sinking edm machine was built in 2004. It is equipped with ZAP-BP control, which enables programming in 3 axes. The sinking EDM machine has a table with dimensions of 270×880 mm. It enables the processing of a detail with a maximum weight of 400 kg and a height of 250 mm. The machine’s current of drilling is 50 A. The EDM machine is used both in the production of punching dies, injection molds, tools made of high-grade steel, as well as in the treatment of previously thermally and chemically treated elements as well as in the processing of sinters. The machine is designed for electro-discharge machining of: cast iron, steel, aluminum and sinters.
