ZBUS YUN 3000-2 plasma-gas cutting machine, manufactured in Poland in 2001, is designed for precision cutting of pre-programmed shapes in workpieces. The machine is equipped with three torches – two BIR 220/32 PMY+ oxyfuel torches with parallel burning function, allowing cutting in workpieces of thicknesses from 6 to 150 mm, and a plasma torch allowing cutting in materials of thicknesses from 0.5 to 38 mm.
Precise shape cutting is carried out at a speed of 6 m/min, guaranteeing the best quality of machined workpieces. The plasma-gas cutting machine is equipped with, among others, a HYPERTHERM Powermax1650 plasma source and the MUS-51F CNC control with control panel. The total weight of the plasma-gas cutting machine is approximately 1400 kg.
