ZEMAT PULSA ECO 500 impulse welding machine was built in 2019 in Poland. The compact machine with an open design is ideal for the efficient production of canopies, awnings, pergolas, roller blinds, banners, etc. The individual temperature control of the upper and lower sealing electrodes together with InvisiWELD technology produces strong, practically invisible seams with high precision. Furthermore, the operator has special hand tools at his disposal for the welding of, e.g. tabs, pockets and zippers. The ZEMAT PULSA EC semi-automatic impulse welder was implemented in production in 2023 and since then has been used for only a dozen tests. The total weight of the machine is 1800 kg.
