ZERMA GSE 700 plastic granulator machine

ZERMA GSE 700 plastic granulator machine manufactured in 2018, is used in the processing of lightweight plastics such as PE, PP or PVC. The granulator has a specially shaped hopper with splash protection, inside of which there are fixed knives and a rotor with knives arranged in a ‘V’ shape. The rotor is driven by a slide-rail-mounted electric motor with tension-screw adjustable V-belts.

The ZERMA GSE 700 plastic granulator machine can even cope with larger pieces of plastic, such as lumps and film rolls, thanks to the use of a deflecting wedge and block knives to prevent the rotor from blocking. All of the machine’s components are mounted on a base frame, fitted with mounting pads to dampen noise and vibration.
