ZHOUTAI AMD 600-H-LMSC plastic bag making machine

ZHOUTAI AMD 600-H-LMSC plastic bag making machine was built in 2019 in China by SHANGHAI ZHOUTAI PACK MACHINE CO., LTD. The machine is used in the mass production of Stand-Up pouches, Zip Lock pouches and three side seal pouches. The entire production process, from feeding the material to stacking the finished products into small packets, is performed fully automatically.

The material, with a maximum thickness of 160 μm, is unwound from two reels towards the workspace using PANASONIC inverter-controlled unwinders. Inside the working area, the film is accurately measured, properly cut and sealed, while holes are made in the finished bags. Once the process is complete, the bags are transferred to a receiving table, where they are stacked on top of each other to form small packets.

The ZHOUTAI AMD600-H-LMSC.200P plastic bag making machine consists of components from renowned brands, which guarantee high-quality products with minimal effort. These include temperature controllers, MITSUBISHI servo motors, a punching device and convenient PLC control. The total weight of the machine is 7800 kg.
