WaterJet MAXIEM 1530 built in 2009 in the United States, is used for fast and precise waterjet cutting of a wide range of materials, such as plastic, glass, metal, ceramics and stone. The highly functional machine is equipped with reliable components and innovative technology, which also guarantees efficient cutting of parts made of ultra-hard, reflective or brittle materials.
The water cutting machine cuts workpieces with a maximum length of 3000 mm, a width of 1500 mm and a thickness of 200 mm. A MAXIEM M30 high-pressure crank pump with a power of 22 kW allows a significant increase in production while reducing operating costs. The machine is also equipped with OMAX Intelli-MAX software which reads .dxf files from the CAD/CAM system, an abrasive tank and technical documentation.
