ACCUTEX AU-300iA wire EDM machine

ACCUTEX AU-300iA wire EDM machine built in 2004 in Taiwan is used in the production of e.g. precision dies, tools and punches. Workpieces with a maximum weight of 300 kg are machined by the machine using advanced electrical erosion technology, which allows difficult shapes to be achieved in even the hardest materials. In addition, workpieces machined in this way do not need to undertake other secondary processes, such as polishing. The ACCUTEX wire EDM machine is equipped with, among others, 5 axes and a CNC controller with memory for 9999 sets of cutting data. The total weight of the machine is 2500 kg.
