AFM DEFUM BACA R-1000 CNC vertical machining center was built in 2013 in Poland by Andrychowska Fabryka Maszyn S.A. The machine is designed for the precision machining of workpieces with a maximum weight of 500 kg. The combination of a stable design and high-quality components guarantees the best machining results. This makes the CNC milling machine ideal for use in production plants, both for unit and series production.
Workpieces are machined in three axes X, Y and Z with feeds of 1000 mm, 510 mm and 560 mm respectively. To ensure excellent dynamics and repeatability of feeds, all linear axes are driven by efficient servo drives. The spindle, operating at a maximum speed of 8000 rpm, features a BT40 taper, which enables the use of a wide range of cutting tools designed for various machining operations. The work table with a length of 1200 mm and a width of 500 mm is equipped with T-slots for quick and easy mounting of workpieces.
The AFM DEFUM BACA R-1000 is operated via an advanced FANUC control system. The CNC controller, with its intuitive interface, facilitates the programming of all necessary machining parameters, ensuring full control over the machine’s operation.
