BAIWEI BW-G3015 1,5 kW fiber laser

BAIWEI BW-G3015 1,5 kW fiber laser was built in 2019 in China by ZHENGZHOU BAIWEI CNC MACHINERY SHARES CO., LTD. The machine, designed for the precise cutting of sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 14 mm is ideal for both unit and series production. Cutting is performed using a stable fiber beam generated by a RAYCUS 1,5 kW laser source. The fiber laser technology offers greater energy efficiency and higher performance compared to other cutting methods.

The BAIWEI BW-G3015 is equipped with a RAYTOOLS cutting head with a range of useful features. The autofocus automatically adjusts the focal position to the thickness of the material being machined. An anti-collision system detects obstacles, reducing the risk of the head colliding with the workpiece. These solutions enable efficient cutting while maintaining a high level of machining accuracy.

All process parameters are programmed using the intuitive CYPCUT 2000S CNC controller. The control system features a NESTING module that optimises material utilisation by appropriately arranging shapes on the sheet metal surface. This helps to reduce material waste and lower production costs. The BW-G3015-1500W laser cutting machine weighs 6000 kg.
