BECKER & VAN HÜLLEN deep drawing press

BECKER & VAN HÜLLEN deep drawing press was built in Germany by Becker & van Hüllen Niederrheinische Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG. The machine has been continuously maintained and upgraded throughout its service life. In 2022, a major upgrade was carried out, which included replacing the seals, upgrading the control system, installing light curtains and adding a SIEMENS SIMATIC HMI TOUCH touchscreen operator panel.

The BECKER & VAN HUELLEN 650T is used in industries specialising in stamping, production of automotive parts, tanks and other parts that require high press force and multi-stage forming. Its main purpose is deep drawing. The machining process is performed with a high press force of up to 650 tonnes. The two-stage design allows successive forming stages to be carried out in a single work cycle, thus enabling the manufacture of parts with even the most complex shapes. The multi-cylinder working system used, in turn, allows for operation at different force and clamping levels. The BECKER VAN HULLEN hydraulic press weighs 60 tonnes.
