BÜHLER ECOLINE S PRO 34 die casting machine was built in 2018 in Switzerland by Bühler AG. The machine was used occasionally and is in very good technical condition.

The BÜHLER ECOLINE S PRO 34 is designed for the die-casting of aluminium alloy components. It enables the efficient, mass production of aluminium castings used, among others, in the automotive, electronics and machinery industries. In the die-casting process, liquid aluminium is injected under high pressure into a closed die. Once the die is filled, the material cools and precisely takes on the die’s shape. The combination of this technology with a high clamping force of 336 tonnes enables the production of repeatable castings with even the most complex geometries.

The BÜHLER ECOLINE cold-chamber die-casting machine is part of a complete production line designed for aluminium die-casting. It includes an ABSOLENT A.smoke40 oil smoke collector, a STOTEK AME 300 electric crucible furnace, a BRL-3 feeding machine, a BE-C3 foundry robot, a BP-XL2 spraying machine and a TOOL-TEMP TT-390 A temperature controller.
