CORMAK VOLCUT 4000×2000 plasma cutting machine built in 2019 is used for precision cutting of steel and aluminium sheets. In the machining process, the machine uses a fully automated plasma torch with a special dual-base Torch Sensor Control (TSC) system. This system protects the torch from damage and ensures uninterrupted cutting throughout its lifetime. The actual cutting of the workpieces takes place under a water sheet on a large work table with a length of 4000 mm and a width of 2000 mm, without the need for filter systems.
To prevent rust and guarantee trouble-free operation, the machine’s compact design and all of its components have been fully galvanised. In addition, the offer price also includes an extensive range of equipment, consisting of, among others, CAD/CAM software and a reliable plasma source by HYPERTHERM. The CORMAK plasma cutting machine was switched on for 445 hours, during which it worked for just 46 hours. The total weight of the machine is 1300 kg.
