DIEFFENBACHER PO-F 1250 A hydraulic press was built in Germany in 1981 by Dieffenbacher GmbH. The machine was regularly maintained and upgraded throughout its service life. In 2016, a major upgrade was carried out, which included replacing the electrical cabinet, installing light curtains and adding a SIEMENS SIMATIC HMI TOUCH touchscreen operator panel. The piston seals were also replaced and measuring scales were added for precise position measurement of the slider, top ejector and lower die cushion.

The DIEFFENBACHER PO-F 1250 A is an extremely versatile hydraulic press for demanding metal forming applications. Its main purpose is die stamping of steel components, calibration of forgings, dogging, hot and cold forging, cold forming and other operations that require very high press forces. All these machining processes are performed with a high press force of up to 1250 tonnes, which, combined with a highly dynamic slider, guarantees the best machining results. The machine is also distinguished by its solid H-shaped frame made of thick steel plates. The large work table with a length of 1250 mm and a width of 1250 mm is equipped with an ejector at the top and a die cushion at the bottom. The DIEFFENBACHER PO-F 1250A double column press weighs 69 tonnes.
