DURMA PBH 100 tube and profile bending machine

DURMA PBH 100 tube and profile bending machine was built in 2016 in Turkey by Durmazlar Machinery Inc. The machine is used for precision machining of tubes and profiles with high bending resistance, both vertically and horizontally. The lower rolls guided by planetary swing system act as 2 independent axes, moving on curve shape orbits. This solution allows to get perfect pre-bending and minimise springback.

In turn, on both sides of the machine there are 3-axis side supports. Back/forward and rotary movements are controlled by a single hydraulic drive system. To guarantee a long service life combined with low operating costs, the DURMA PBH-100 hydraulic tube and profile bending machine features world-class components mounted inside a robust, fully welded construction. Among them is a high-torque, high-power motor that significantly reduces cycle times and saves valuable time at the same time. The total weight of the machine is 4850 kg.
