DURMA VS 3006 hydraulic guillotine shears

DURMA VS 3006 hydraulic guillotine shears were built in 2021 in Turkey by DURMAZLAR MAKİNA SANAYİ ve TİCARET A.Ş. The machine is designed for precision cutting of sheet metal with a maximum length of 3100 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. The machining is performed by means of high quality cutting knives, distinguished by their high wear resistance. Automatic adjustment of the knife angle and the gap between the blades enables adjustment of the cutting parameters to the type and thickness of the material.

Positioning of the sheet metal is facilitated by a work table with integrated balls, on which it goes directly under the cutting line. Along the cutting line, there are hydraulic hold-downs, which stabilise the material during machining and prevent it from moving. The DURMA VS 3006 is operated from an advanced control system with an intuitive interface and access to many necessary functions. All this is complemented by a stable, welded and stress-relieved design with an 11 kW motor that ensures reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. The VS 3006 guillotine shears weigh 7950 kg.
