The EAGLE INSPIRE 1530 F4.0 laser cutter was built in 2014 in Poland. The cutter’s laser power is 4 kW, and the working area in the X / Y / Z axes is 3060, 1540, 100 mm, respectively. The machine cuts steel – up to 20 mm thick, stainless steel – up to 20 mm thick, aluminum – up to 15 mm thick, brass – up to 8 mm thick and copper – up to 6 mm thick. The laser is equipped with Beckhoff TwinCAT CNC CNC control and Beckhoff linear magnetic motors. The laser cutter has worked a total of 17075 man-hours. In March 2022, the optic fiber was replaced with a new one, while in April 2022 in the machine the laser source was replaced.
