ECKERT SZAFIR BL2 plasma-gas cutting machine was built in Poland in 2014. The machine is used to cut pre-programmed shapes in sheets made of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, allows for processing larger workpieces due to an extended portal having 700 mm of additional width. The cut workpieces are characterised by the highest quality workmanship – edges are smooth and the workpiece itself is free of imperfections.
The open structure of the plasma-gas cutting machine, made of top-quality welded steel, guarantees great stability and operator freedom, giving access to the working table from all sides of the machine. The installed sectional extraction table with a length of 6000 mm and a width of 2000 mm, effectively removes dust resulting from the cutting process, significantly increasing work safety and comfort.
The plasma-gas cutting machine has a wide range of equipment, including CNC controller ECS 872, CAD/CAM software Eckert CAD/CAM Plus with automatic placement of blanks on the sheet and technology library, and plasma unit VICTOR TECHNOLOGIES ULTRACUT 200XT allowing automatic selection of cutting parameters or plasma scribing.
