GILDEMEISTER MF twin 65 CNC lathe was built in 2000 in Germany by GILDEMEISTER Drehmaschinen GmbH. This extremely efficient machine is used for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum diameter of 200 mm. The machining process is performed inside a large work space, by means of two spindles and tools taken from two 12-position turrets. This solution maximises production efficiency by enabling simultaneous workpiece machining on both spindles. What’s more, any vibration or oscillation is eliminated by a rigid bed, guaranteeing high process stability even during the most intense challenges. The MF twin 65 CNC turning center, including the control cabinet, weighs approximately 6500 kg.
