HAAS ST-20Y CNC lathe

HAAS ST-20Y CNC lathe was built in 2022 in the United States by Haas Automation Inc. The machine has only worked for 119 hours to date and is like brand new.

The HAAS ST-20Y is an excellent choice for the modern business. This is because it makes it possible to perform versatile 4-axis machining of the highest quality on any workpiece. All machining processes, i.e. milling, threading and drilling are performed by means of driven tools and a spindle with synchronised C axis. The 12-position BMT turret offers high productivity thanks to the larger contact area between tooling, toolholder and the turret itself.

The operator, on the other hand, has at their disposal an advanced HAAS CNC control with a Visual Programming System (VPS), which significantly improves the daily operation of the machine. The VPS uses graphical templates to facilitate the creation of G-codes for even the most complex tasks. Once a function is defined, the VPS automatically enters a working G-code at the push of a button. A custom template generator also allows the creation of templates for custom functions, parts or frequently used programmes.

The ST-20Y CNC turning center is offered with a wide range of equipment, including a Y axis, tool measuring probe and tooling.
