HAAS VF-1 CNC machining center was built in 2013 in the United States by HAAS AUTOMATION, INC. The machine was used for the production of precision moulds and tools and did not work in series production. It was regularly maintained and serviced throughout its service life.
The HAAS VF-1 is designed for precision machining of workpieces made from, among others, aluminium and steel. In relation to its compact dimensions, the machine offers a large work space providing full freedom of performed operations. Machining is performed by means of a powerful spindle and cutting tools taken from a 20-position magazine. The spindle, driven by a powerful motor, reaches a maximum speed of 8100 rpm and moves in the X,Y,Z axis with feeds of 508 mm, 406 mm and 508 mm respectively. The large work table with T-slots, on the other hand, allows quick tooling mounting and stable clamping of workpieces. All this is complemented by the intelligent HAAS CNC control with its intuitive interface and access to many advanced functions. All of this makes the offered HAAS VF1 CNC vertical machining center the best choice for production plants and tool shops.
