INDEX G200 CNC lathe was built in 2001 in Germany by INDEX-Werke GmbH & Co. KG. The machine, which stands out for its excellent combination of precision, flexibility and productivity, is used for precision machining of workpieces. The machining process is performed inside a large working area equipped, among others, with two reliable spindles and two 14-position turrets. The independent feeds of the turrets enable execution of two tasks simultaneously. In addition, the B axis, with its full 360° rotation range and 0.001° positioning accuracy, facilitates advanced machining operations at any angle. This is rounded off by the SIEMENS CNC control with an intuitive interface. The INDEX CNC turning center weighs 4800 kg.
