KIMLA FLASHCUT LF 2040 LINEAR 3 kW FIBER laser

The KIMLA FLASHCUT LF 2040 LINEAR 3 kW FIBER laser was manufactured in 2015 in Poland. The laser equipped with a 3 kW IPG resonator provides cutting of steel, aluminium, stainless steel and copper sheets. The processed metal sheet can have a maximum length of 2050 mm and 4050 mm width and can weight up to 1200 kg.

The workpiece is machined in three axes (X,Y,Z) with feed rates of 2100 mm, 4100 mm and 120 mm respectively, while accelerated feeds in the X/Y axis are 180 m/min. The range of movement of the Z-axis also allows cutting into profiles. Continuous operation of the KIMLA FLASHCUT LF 2040 LINEAR laser cutting machine is ensured by a two-position pallet changing system, which allows the workpiece to be changed on a second pallet during the cutting process.

The laser cutting machine is also equipped with a Donaldson Torit DCE dust extraction system and RENISHAW linear scales. The machine has undergone a comprehensive service and replacement of all modules and lenses. The total value of the service in recent months was over 250,000 PLN. The modules and lenses are still under warranty for 24 months.
