KOVOSVIT MAS VCI-Q 1000 CNC vertical machining center

KOVOSVIT MAS VCI-Q 1000 CNC vertical machining center was built in 2002 in the Czech Republic by KOVOSVIT MAS a.s. In 2022, the machine underwent a complete overhaul.

The KOVOSVIT MAS VCI-Q 1000 is designed for the precision machining of metal workpieces in industrial plants and toolrooms. Milling, drilling and threading are performed using a spindle with a maximum rotational speed of 10000 rpm. The cooling system maintains stable spindle temperature under heavy loads and at high rotational speeds, reducing the risk of thermal deformation.

The feed range in the X, Y and Z axis is 1000 mm, 600 mm and 700 mm respectively. All axes are driven by high-power HEIDENHAIN motors, ensuring high motion dynamics and positioning accuracy. The machine is offered with a comprehensive range of equipment, including a CNC controller and a workpiece measuring probe. The MAS VCI-Q 1000 CNC machining center weighs 5500 kg.
