MAZAK QUICK TURN NEXUS 100MS CNC lathe was built in 2005 in Japan by YAMAZAKI MAZAK CORP. The machine, designed for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum diameter of 280 mm, is distinguished by the use of reliable components with excellent technical parameters, such as two spindles (main spindle and sub-spindle) and a 12-position turret. The machining process is performed inside a large, fully illuminated workspace by means of a powerful spindle with an integrated motor design that minimises vibrations at high speeds.
