MITUTOYO CRYSTA-Apex S 776 coordinate measuring machine

MITUTOYO CRYSTA-Apex S 776 coordinate measuring machine was built in 2017 in Japan. The technologically advanced CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), characterised by the highest accuracy and objectivity, is used to perform highly accurate measurements of workpieces using contact or non-contact methods. The measurement of the workpiece performed by the mounted RENISHAW SP25M probe is presented as a set of coordinate points, giving the possibility to measure parts of complex shapes.

Excellent results are achieved thanks to the machine’s extremely stable construction and high quality components. The workpiece measuring process is performed at a speed of 8 mm/s on a granite working table measuring 860 mm in length and 1420 mm in width, on which workpieces weighing a maximum of 800 kg are placed. The CRT AS 776 measuring machine has extensive equipment consisting of, among others: a RENISHAW FCR 25 magazine with all probes and accessories, and MCOSMOS V4 software for simple execution of all measuring tasks. The total weight of the machine is 1675 kg.
