MORI SEIKI NV5000 alpha 1B/40 CNC machining center

MORI SEIKI NV5000 alpha 1B/40 CNC machining center was built in 2007 in Japan by Mori Seiki Co., LTD. The machine is designed for precision machining of heavy workpieces weighing up to 1200 kg. The machining process is performed fully automatically by means of a reliable spindle and tools taken from a 30-position magazine. High power and rotational speed of the spindle enable performing efficient roughing as well as finishing operations. The workspace, on the other hand, has been fully maximised to ensure the freedom of the performed operations. All this is complemented by an advanced FANUC CNC control with MAPPS interactive programming. The NV5000 alpha 1B/40 CNC vertical machining center is offered with an extensive range of equipment, consisting of, among others, cooling through the spindle, chip conveyor and high-pressure pump. The total weight of the machine is 7300 kg.
