PONAR ŻYWIEC UT-340T injection moulding machine

PONAR ŻYWIEC UT-340T injection moulding machine was manufactured in 2003. The machine, used in the production of high-quality plastic parts by injection moulding, is characterised by high reliability and efficiency. The plastic fed into injection moulds with heights from 250 to 700 mm, is clamped with a force of as much as 340 tonnes by a mould-closing unit with a lever-based, five-point clamping mechanism.

The PONAR ŻYWIEC UT 340T injection moulding machine has fixed and movable guards offset from the clamping plates, enabling easy mounting and dismounting of complex injection moulds with their accessories. A large screw with a diameter of 75 mm, as well as a high injection volume, guarantee the highest product quality. The machine is also equipped with a MOOG-BUHL CNC controller for controlling production parameters and programming operating modes. The total weight of the injection moulding machine is 20250 kg.
