PRIMINER DELTA CENTER V6L CNC vertical machining center was built in 2017 in China by PRIMINER MACHINE TOOLS DONGGUAN CO., LTD. The machine has been regularly serviced and maintained. Throughout its service life, the following work has been carried out:
– spindle reconditioning 12.2023
– regular replacement and topping up of oil and coolant in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations (tool magazine, spindle cooling system)
– inspection of individual components
– cleaning of filters
– levelling of the machine
– inspection of the machine’s geometry
– inspection of clearances and their adjustment on gearboxes
– calibration of measuring probes
– creation of a backup copy of the control system

The machine is designed for machining workpieces with a maximum weight of 350 kg. It enables precise milling, threading and drilling whilst maintaining high repeatability. Thanks to its capabilities, the PRIMINER DELTA CENTER V6L is a perfect solution for production plants and tool shops. Machining is performed by means of a high-performance spindle with a maximum rotational speed of 12000 rpm. It cooperates with a 20-position tool magazine, which automatically exchanges tools according to the programmed sequence. The feed range in the X, Y and Z axes is 600 mm, 400 mm and 450 mm respectively. Inside the fully illuminated work area, there is also a large table with T-slots for the quick clamping of tools and workpieces. The machine’s design is characterised by high rigidity, ensuring operational stability during intensive use. All this is complemented by a SIEMENS SINUMERIK 828D CNC controller with an intuitive interface and access to many advanced functions. The PRIMINER V6L CNC machining center weighs 3500 kg.
