SAHINLER HKM 115 hydraulic ironworker machine

SAHINLER HKM 115 hydraulic ironworker machine was built in Turkey by Şahinler Metal Makina Endüstri A.Ş. It is an extremely versatile machine designed for complex machining of structural steel (S235 / S355). It is capable of performing processes such as precise hole and corner punching, as well as shearing flat bars, angle bars and bars. All these operations are performed at 5 individual workstations. Each station is controlled by two hydraulic cylinders and separate foot switch controllers. The use of this solution enables independent or parallel operation of the machine by two operators at two stations simultaneously. The stroke of each cylinder is adjustable in order to increase productivity. All of this makes the offered HKM 115 ironworker machine the perfect solution for increasing production efficiency in production facilities and locksmith workshops. The total weight of the machine is approximately 2900 kg.
