Sheet forming line Diper Design DEVANADORA D5-EH-V35 was produced in 2004 by the Spanish company Diper Design. The machine is designed for profiling metal sheets with a maximum width of 1250 mm. The mandrel diameters (closed / open) are 450 and 550 mm, respectively, and the roller diameter is 1500 mm. The profiling line operates at a bending speed of 35 m/min. Roof flashings were produced on the machine. With the use of an appropriate matrix, the machine can produce, for example, gutters, metal shelves, window sills, profiles, etc. The total weight of the sheet forming line is 5 tons.
