STANKOIMPORT KOMSOMOLEC 5A140 slotting machine was built in the USSR in 1988 and is used for machining the internal and external surfaces of gear wheels using the Fellows method. The KOMSOMOLEC 5A140 gear slotting machine is characterised by a very sturdy construction and a reliable spindle with a Morse 5 taper, guaranteeing very efficient machining of workpieces with a module of 8 mm and a maximum diameter of 500 mm.
