STM WS 3015 MasterCut 2D waterjet cutting machine

STM WS 3015 MasterCut 2D waterjet cutting machine was built in 2013 in Germany by STM STEIN-MOSER GmbH. The machine has been regularly maintained throughout its service life, which means that it is in very good technical condition and ready for further use.

The STM WS 3015 MasterCut 2D is an extremely versatile machine for precision machining of a wide range of materials, i.e. metal, plastics and glass. It is distinguished by the use of modern components and a robust design, which remains stable even under the most demanding challenges. The machining process is performed by a numerically-controlled workhead, which moves in three axes X,Y,Z with feeds of 3002 mm, 1502 mm and 180 mm respectively. Only water or water with an abrasive additive is used for cutting, making the process free of harmful fumes and safe for the environment. The use of waterjet cutting technology in production guarantees perfectly smooth workpiece edges, without the need to undertake other secondary processes.

The STM WS 3015 WaterJet is operated from a state-of-the-art control cabinet with powerful components and software. The installed CAD/CAM software has an AUTO NESTING module, which allows maximum material savings through intelligent workpiece placement and rapid generation of cutting paths. The equipment also includes, among others, a BHDT SERVOTRON 40.37 high-pressure pump with a power of 4000 bar, a rotator in the work table and a flushing system for the abrasive system. The total weight of the machine with full tank is 5600 kg.
