TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 laser cutting machine was manufactured in 2011. The machine is equipped with modern components to provide precise cutting of workpieces made of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. High stability during processing is ensured by the steel body on which a state-of-the-art SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D CNC controller is mounted for programming operating modes and control of the cutting process.
The TruLaser 3030 Basic Edition laser cutting machine cuts metal sheets with a maximum weight of 900 kg and a thickness of 20 mm (mild steel), 12 mm (stainless steel) and 8 mm (aluminium) using a 3.2 kW laser beam, guaranteeing high precision and smooth and even workpiece edges. The laser is also equipped with an automatic pallet changing system. The total weight of the machine is 11500 kg.
