TRUMPF TruMatic 600L punch laser machine was built in 1998 in Germany by Trumpf GmbH + Co. The machine combines all the benefits of punching and laser machining to perform complex operations such as punching, chamfering and bending. Its versatility significantly reduces production time and costs, while maintaining high precision and productivity.
The machining process is performed by a universal workhead with 20 tool stations and a 2.2 kW laser. A large brush table protects the surface of the sheet metal from scratches and nicks and also significantly reduces noise levels. The intuitive TRUMPF CNC control, on the other hand, allows the creation of even the most complex machining programmes in just a few steps. The TruMatic 600L punch laser combination machine weighs 23000 kg.
The offered TRUMPF TC 600L punch-laser machine has worked in one shift so far and was mainly used for machining thin sheet metal. All repairs, maintenance and oil changes were done on a regular basis. It is also possible to purchase the Multiset tool folding device and a set of punching tools, tool cassettes and tool holders visible in the photos for an additional charge. Price to be determined.
