2K52-1 radial drilling machine

2K52-1 radial drilling machine was built in the 80s in the USSR. The offered machine is perfect for both unit and small batch production. It is capable of performing operations such as drilling, reaming, countersinking and threading in workpieces of various sizes. All these machining processes are performed by means of a reliable, tiltable spindle with an optimised speed range. This solution enables the machining of workpieces at different angles, without the need for repositioning them. The work head with spindle moves along the arm, enabling precise setting of the drilling point. The arm, in turn, moves vertically and horizontally along the rotating column, providing great flexibility during operation. The machine column rotates around its own axis, allowing the arm to be repositioned relative to the base. The 2K52 radial drilling machine is also equipped with, among others, a work table with a length of 800 mm and a width of 630 mm, a coolant pump and a high-powered motor, which allows the machine to be used to its full potential. The total weight of the machine is 1250 kg.
