AFM TAE 45N CNC turning center

AFM TAE 45N CNC turning center was built in 2005 in Poland by Andrychowska Fabryka Maszyn S.A. The machine is designed for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum diameter of 390 mm and length of 1000 mm. It is distinguished by the use of many well-proven components, guaranteeing high accuracy and dimensional repeatability of the manufactured parts, even during many years of intensive use. These include e.g. the reliable spindle, which is driven by a high-powered motor and reaches a maximum speed of 4500 rpm. The SAUTER VDI40 12-position turret with driven tools, on the other hand, enables to perform several operations in one clamping, reducing production time and increasing efficiency. All this is complemented by a compact design that maintains high stability during operation and facilitates daily use and maintenance.

The AFM TAE 45N is operated from an intelligent SIEMENS SINUMERIK 810D CNC controller with an intuitive interface and access to many advanced functions. The extensive equipment also includes, among others, a chip conveyor that automatically transports the chips away from the workspace. Due to its functionality, the offered lathe finds use in the production of precise and repeatable parts, used in many industries. The TAE 45N CNC lathe weighs 7000 kg.
