ALLCOMP UNICUT CC 5018 automatic cutting machine

ALLCOMP UNICUT CC 5018 automatic cutting machine was built in 2015 in Poland by ALLCOMP POLSKA Sp. z o.o. The machine designed for the manufacture of clothing and all types of sewing products enables the cutting of single and multi-layered materials. It is distinguished by the use of state-of-the-art technology, which enables full automation of the cutting process while reducing material losses.

The cutting process is performed by means of a robust oscillating knife, which is automatically sharpened during operation. This solution minimises the number of undercuts and ensures high repeatability of the cut regardless of the type of material being cut. Thanks to the high oscillation speed of the knife at 6000 cycles per minute, all operations are performed rapidly with the highest cutting quality.

The UNICUT CC50 automatic cutting machine is controlled by dedicated software, which allows precise cutting along standard cutting lines without safety buffers. This enables more efficient use of material and a reduction in the length of the die-cut. All this is complemented by the compact design, which enables the machine to operate in rooms with limited space.

Throughout its entire service life, the ALLCOMP UNICUT CC 5018 has worked with the AUTEX LINEA PRO spreading machine, designed to spread the material on the work table. This device is available for purchase at an additional cost of €11 250 net.
