BELOTTI MKN 4012 CB 5-AXIS machining centre

BELOTTI MKN 4012 CB 5-AXIS machining centre was built in Italy in 2005. The machine processes the workpiece in five axes (X,Y,Z,C,A) and each of the axes is equipped with a brushlees servomotor. The axis feeds are respectively 4000 mm (X axis), 1200 mm (Y axis), 800 mm (Z axis), -450/+90° (rotary axis C) and -307.5/+7.5° (rotary axis A).

The spindle of the milling centre rotates with a speed of 24000 rpm. The machining centre is controlled by an OSAI 10/510 numerical control with a control panel located on the body of the machine. The milling machine is also equipped with a loading and unloading system and automatic lubrication. The total weight of the machine is 7000 kg.
