CompAir L90-7.5A rotary screw compressor

CompAir L90-7.5A rotary screw compressor was built in 2016 in Germany by Gardner Denver Deutschland GmbH. The device is designed to produce compressed air used in many industries as a power source for machines and technological processes. The CompAir L90-7.5A compresses air to the required pressure by means of an advanced compression system based on two rotating screws. This system provides the highest quality compressed air at low rotational speed to help minimise energy consumption and achieve maximum performance of the unit. The integrated oil filter and oil regulation valve reduce the number of external components, simplifying maintenance and reducing operating costs. The innovative design of the fail-safe shaft seal, in turn, increases operational reliability and minimises downtime of the machine.

The CompAir L90 screw compressor is operated via a DELCOS XL controller with touchscreen. The control system enables quick access to key functions and continuous monitoring of the compressor’s key operational parameters to help reduce operating costs and increase operational safety. The total weight of the machine is 2513 kg.
