DURMA VS 3013 hydraulic guillotine shears

DURMA VS 3013 hydraulic guillotine shears were built in 2021 in Turkey by DURMAZLAR MAKİNA SANAYİ ve TİCARET A.Ş. The machine is designed for precision cutting of sheet metal with a maximum length of 3100 mm and a thickness of 13 mm. The machining is performed by means of high quality cutting knives, which are characterised by high wear resistance and ensure accurate and repeatable cutting even during intensive operation. Automatic adjustment of the knife angle and the gap between the blades enables precise adjustment of the cutting parameters to the type and thickness of the material.

The VS 3013 guillotine shears have a work table with integrated balls to facilitate material positioning. Along the cutting line there are hydraulic hold-downs which stabilise the workpiece during machining and prevent it from moving. The operator has at his disposal an advanced control system with an intuitive interface and access to many useful functions. The stable, welded and stress-relieved design combined with the 11 kW motor ensures reliable operation of the machine in demanding industrial environments.
