SUTEAU ANVER VFS 22×15 200t die cutting press was built in 2021 in France by SUTEAU ANVER. The machine is designed for demanding series production in the packaging, clothing and footwear industry. It enables precise cutting of a wide range of non-metallic materials from rolls or sheets, such as rubber, foam, felt or leather. The press force of 200 tonnes, combined with a number of well-proven solutions, guarantees high repeatability of the process and high cutting accuracy.

The machining process is fully automatic. A movable beam lowers the head with the blanking die onto the workpiece, performing a precise cut with evenly distributed contact pressure. The cutting point is automatically set in relation to the height of the tool, while the operator can additionally correct its position with an accuracy of 0.01 mm using the control panel. The SUTEAU ANVER VFS 22×15 also enables automatic setting of the clearance between the blanking die and the material and adjustment of the pressing time after the cut.

The machine’s design is based on a rigid, welded steel frame that ensures high stability during even the most intensive use. The SUTEAU ANVER VFS die cutting machine consists of a fixed work table and a fixed top beam mounted on 4 vertical columns. A central hydraulic cylinder is responsible for the vertical movement of the head. The bottom cutting point, on the other hand, is adjusted by means of 4 mechanical stops, integrated into the work table. Their position automatically adjusts according to the height of the blanking die used during the adjustment phase.

The SUTEAU ANVER 200t hydraulic die cutting press is extremely easy to operate. The operator of the machine has at his disposal an intuitive operator panel with an installed PLC controller. The control system allows rapid programming of the working parameters, saving of up to 999 work programmes, control of the number of cuts made and monitoring of the machine’s operating time, together with service messages for maintenance and hydraulic oil changes. Operational safety is enhanced by protective covers and hydraulic locking of the movable bridge, which is automatically activated during downtime or tool exchange.
