ERMAK GMR 2600 X 4 mechanical guillotine shears

ERMAK GMR 2600 X 4 mechanical guillotine shears were built in 2009 in Turkey by ERMAKSAN MAKINA SANAYI TIC. LTD. AŞ. The machine is designed for precision cutting of workpieces with a maximum length of 2600 mm and a thickness of 4 mm. The machining process is performed by means of cutting knives made of high-alloy steel, distinguished by their excellent cutting quality and high wear resistance. Thanks to the adjustable gap between the blades, it is possible to precisely adjust the cutting parameters to the type and thickness of the material being machined. In addition, along the cutting line there are material hold-downs which effectively hold the workpiece in place during machining. Daily operation is facilitated by the convenient foot switch control and the intuitive NC control system, enabling rapid programming of all the necessary parameters. All this is complemented by an extremely stable design with a reliable 7.5 kW main motor. The ERMAK GMR 2600X4 guillotine shears weigh 3750 kg.
