GEKA HYDRACROP 110 SD hydraulic ironworker machine

GEKA HYDRACROP 110 SD hydraulic ironworker machine was built in 2020 in Spain by MAQUINARIA GEKA S.L.U. The machine is designed for the versatile machining of steel parts, enabling to perform multiple operations on a single machine, which increases production efficiency in industrial plants and locksmith workshops.

The GEKA HYDRACROP 110 SD is equipped with 5 individual workstations, designed for punching holes and shearing flat bars, angle bars and steel bars. Each station uses interchangeable tools made of tool steel, which enables adaptation of the machine operation to the current production needs. The stations are controlled by two hydraulic cylinders and separate foot switch controlls, enabling the simultaneous operation of two operators at different stations and increasing production efficiency.
