WaterJet KIMLA STREAMCUT 4020 built in Poland in 2009 is designed for water jet cutting of workpieces with thickness up to 200 mm. The machine cuts a wide range of materials such as metal, plastic or stone on a working table with dimensions (L x W) of 4530 x 2190 mm. The compact, space-saving design, ease of use and perfect cutting quality are the main advantages of the water cutting machine.
The water cutting system has a wide range of useful functions and features such as air bag and low-pressure piercing. The mounted air bag considerably facilitates the operator’s work, allowing the water mirror to be raised during cutting and lowered for workpiece removal. The low-pressure piercing function reduces the impact force of the water jet, preventing cracking and chipping of certain workpieces during the cutting process.
The water cutting machine has a wide range of equipment, including e.g. KOMNINO abrasive tanks with a capacity of 300 kg each, ACCUSTREAM AS 6050 high-pressure pump with a power of 37 kW and PcCam Plus CNC controller. The total weight of the machine is 3000 kg.
