WaterJet MicroStep Aqua Cut 3001.20

WaterJet MicroStep Aqua Cut 3001.20 was manufactured in 2005. On the portal of the water cutting machine are installed two water cutting heads, one of which is rotary. The cutting takes place on a working table with an area (L x W) of 3300 x 2200 mm, and the operation of the water cutting machine is controlled via a control panel with CNC control MSNC 500. The maximum thickness of the cut sheet metal is 120 mm.

The MICROSTEP Aqua Cut 3001.20 WWr+4001.20P water cutting system is extensively equipped. The equipment includes among others: ATLAS COPCO FX1 dehumidifier, Streamline SL-V 50S Plus oil cooler and KKT KRAUS OLB7 refrigeration unit. After installing an additional table, it is possible to cut with plasma, the machine has an additional head and plasma aggregate.
